Company Secretary
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Law, LLB (Hons)
* Possess a professional qualification from ICSA and/or membership of MAICSA
* Minimum 8 years' legal and corporate secretarial experience in a well-
established organization/law firm especially in handling legal issues, contract negotiations and business arrangements
* Good analytical skills and high integrity.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Maintenance Engineer
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years' experience in handling heavy duty cargo equipment; or
* Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in handling heavy duty cargo equipment.
* Knowledge of PLC or motor drives troubleshooting.
* Experience in maintenance and breakdown recovery of mining, sea port, steel
mills, palm oil mills.
Legal Manager
Requirements:
* LLB Degree with minimum Second Class Upper Honours.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* At least 5 years' working experience in corporate legal matters and/or litigation, tender agreement and company secretarial matters
* Strong leadership skills, willing to take up challenges and able to work
independently.
* Proactive, analytical and resourceful in problem-solving, innovative and always strives for continuous improvement.
* Skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
* Computer literate with excellent command of both written and spoken English
Public Relations Manager
Requirements:
* Degree in Mass Communication with minimum 3 years' related experience.
* Strong creative, analytical and excellent relationship building skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making
presentations and negotiating with the media.
* Computer literate.
