The Management Trainee Programme is carried out for a period of one year between the months of September 2016 and August 2017.
Upon completion of this programme, selected candidates will start their experience with Behn Meyer in specific positions or functions, ultimately entering a commercial role at the end of the programme.
This BEHN programme is open to Malaysian citizens who possess the following attributes:
* Fresh graduates or graduates with 1 year of experience.
* A Degree from a recognised institute of higher learning with minimum CGPA of 3.2 in a Business or Science (Non-Engineering) discipline.
* Active involvement in extra-curricular activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Possess good analytical skills.
* A driven individual as well as a good team player.
