SERVICE TECHNICIAN
POST HOLDER TBC
RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to meet the service section targets and ensure tools serviced are as per the recommended procedures meeting the quality requirements in accordance with company policies, Operating procedures, client Requirements and specifications of Oil & Gas industry.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
0 Meet the shift wise targets in accordance with company policies and operating procedures.
0 Ensure that the machinery tooling and instruments are used and maintained property as in the manuals and recommended of operating procedures.
0 Carry out daily maintenance of machinery as per procedures and fill in reports"checklist.
0 Ensure to handle and store tools/parts for servicing properly as recommended in the procedures
0 Work closely with Supervisor on all matters relating to machinery/equipment, tooling, instruments, spare parts, NDT inspection etc.
0 Coordinate with Quality & HSE personnel in meeting the Quality and HSE requirements.
0 Coordinate with inspection personnel for carrying out inspection (visual, NDT etc) as required
0 Assist and train personnel on using machinery and servicing of tools
0 Ensure a clean and safe work area.
0 Coordinate with other personnel and support operations to meet the requirements of company, regulatory organization/bodies and clients.
0 Diploma in any trade or other relevant qualification
0 At least 3 years hands on experience in servicing of drilling fishing tools
Skills / Abilities
0 Knowledge of Torque Master (Break Out Machine) & Test Bed operations
0 Knowledge of drilling fishing tools servicing procedures and usage of measuring instruments
0 Ability to understand technical specifications, procedures, engineering drawings etc

STOREKEEPER/INVENTORY CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintaining the stock required for production and improve our vendor data bank for better availability of quality products/services at competent price
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
0 Responsible for overall handling of the store including maintaining the inventory required for production, issuing of items from stock, raising of PR for items to be ordered getting quotations for consumables, proper preservation of god: etc.
0 Work closely with Supervisor on all utters relating to issuing of raw materials.’ consumables. ordering of stock. maintaining traceability, preservation of stock etc
0 Coordinate and assist Quality personnel with incoming inspection, periodic inspection of stock documentation etc
0 Responsible to establish ‘FIFO’ method for issuing items in store
0 Ensure to maintain updated stock inventory and consumable usage report for analysis
0 Responsible for controlling the wastage and unnecessary losses during issuance of materials
0 Coordinate with other personnel and support operations to meet the requirements of company, regulatory organization , bodies and clients.
0 Coordinate with accounts department for supplier payments, inventory records etc
0 Coordinate with HSE personnel in purchasing PPE. review of MSDS and other related items-
0 Ensure a clean and safe workarea.
Qualifications
0 Any relevant qualification
0 At least 1 year experience in Store related activities
Skills / Abilities
0 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

WELDER
POST HOLDER TBC
RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to meet the production targets and ensure the products manufactured are of the highest quality in accordance with company policies, operating Procedures, client requirements and specifications of Oil and Gas industry.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
0 Meet the shifi wise production targets in accordance with company policies and operating procedures
0 Ensure that the machinery, tooling and instruments are used and maintained properly as recommended in the operating procedures.
0 Work closely with Supervisor on all matters relating to machineryv‘equipment, tooling. instruments etc-
0 Coordinate with Quality & HSE personnel in meeting the Quality and HSE requirements.
0 Coordinate with other personnel and support operations to meet the requirements of company, regulatory organization'bodies and clients.
0 Train personnel on different welding processes
0 Ensure a clean and safe work area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
0 Diploma or any relevant qualification in welding
0 At least 3 years hands on experience in welding and hard facing
Skills / Abilities
0 Knowledge on different welding processes, hard facing, carbide dressing etc.
0 Knowledge on drilling/fishing tools like Stabilizer, Mills etc (preferred)
0 Ability to understand engineering drawings and other technical procedures
