RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
0 Meet the shift wise targets set by the Supervisor in accordance with company policies and operating procedures.
0 Responsible for safe handling of overhead crane inside machine shop
0 Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials/items inside machine shop
0 Coordinate and assist QHSE personnel to meet the Quality and HSE requirements
0 Support and assist personnel for maintaining 5S
0 Ensure a clean and safe work area
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications
0 Ability to read and understand
0 Knowledge on operating overhead crane and forklifts (preferred)
Skills I Abilities
0 Any relevant qualification
0 Experience on operating forklifts and overhead crane preferred

CNC MACHINIST

RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
responsible to meet the production targets and ensure the products manufactured are of the highest quality in accordance with company policies, operating procedures, client requirements and specifications of Oil and Gas industry.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
0 Meet the shift wise production targets in accordance with company policies and operating procedures
0 Ensure that the machinery tooling and instruments are used and maintained properly as recommended in the operating procedures.
0 Carry out daily maintenance of machinery as per procedures and fill in reports/check list
o Ensure that all CNC programs required for machining/production are made and maintained properly.
o Coordinate and support the counterpart machinist to meet production targets and comply with company policies and procedures
0 Work closely with Supervisor on all matters relating to machinery/equipment, tooling, instruments etc.
0 Coordinate with Quality & HSE personnel in meeting the Quality and HSE requirements
0 Ensure a clean and safe workarea.
o Coordinate with other personnel and support operations to meet the requirements of company, regulatory organization/bodies and clients.
0 Train personnel on CNC lathe operations, programming etc
Qualifications
0 Diploma or any relevant qualification in machining’programming
0 At least 3 years hands on experience in machining of API connections/minds on CNC Lathe
Skills / Abilities
0 Knowledge of machining API connections, CNC lathe operations and programming
0 Knowledge of using measuring instruments, API gauges and inspection of API connections
0 Ability to understand engineering drawi'ngs and other technical procedures

QA/QC INSPECTOR

RESPONSIBLE TO OSC MALAYSIA
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that the quality of products manufactured or services offered meets and even exceeds of the standards in accordance with the company's policies, operating procedures, client's requirements and specifications of the oil and gas industry.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining the QMS as per the standards
0 Ensure all the incoming it‘s including raw materials, outsourced work. consumables and customer materials etc for
production meets the requirements as stated in our P.O or other relevant specifications-
0 Responsible for incoming inspection of customer tools received for repair/service-
0 Responsible for preparing the quality documents including inspection reports, checklist QP etc for inspection activities responsible for In-process & Final Inspection as per operating procedures and issuing reports. certificate of conformity etc
for the completed jobs. Ensure document non-conformities and carry out review coordinating with production department
0 Ensure all the measuring instruments equipment & gauges are calibrated, in good condition and Master List updated maintained properly.
0 Responsible for maintaining the Gauge Room as recommended in the procedures/specifications.
0 Responsible for qualifying personnel and processes. Organize and provide internal training on QMS. technical manuals, engineering drawings and updated specifications, when required
0 Liaise with external quality organization/'personnel such as certification bodies. licensors, auditors etc.
0 Responsible for closing the work order document package with all relevant reports. drawings etc and store all
documentation as in the procedures & responsible for all quality
Qualifications
0 Degree or diploma in any trade or other relevant qualification
0 At least 2 years experience in Oil and Gas industry with manufacturing of drilling tools, inspection of API connections.
Skills / Abilities
0 Knowledge of API specifications'/manuals, drilling & fishing tools, different inspection methods and Microsoft Office
0 Knowledge on usage and calibration of measuring instruments equipment and API gauges
0 Ability to understand technical manuals, procedures and engineering drawings
0 Ability to review and complete inspection reports, checklist and other documents
0 Knowledge on different NDT techniques (preferred)
