Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
* Professional qualification i.e. CA, MICPA, ACCA, CIMA will be an advantage
* At least 3 years’ working experience in a finance position handling projects, cost analysis, corporate finance, business valuation models and feasibility studies
* Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications and
computerized accounting systems
* Excellent analytical and planning skills with the ability to work independently

CIVIL Engineer
TheJob:
* Assist superior on matters related to engineering preliminaries, planning,
design works, quantities taking-off and tender documentation works
* Manage, coordinate and administer assigned civil/ structural maintenance
and CAPEX projects implementation to ensure smooth progress and
completion to specifications within schedule and budget
* Review, coordinate and monitor TAs and Technicians in the implementation
of PPM field works in terms of quality, time & budget and safety requirements
* Oversee proper management of contractors’ safety, health and housekeeping
at sites including close coordination with operations
* Prepare and review assigned areas' maintenance budget schedules.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, and preferably with 5 years' relevant working
experience
* Able to write technical reports and computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* A pro-active team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision
* Good communication and leadership skills.
Maintenance Engineer
The Job:
* Plan and execute routine maintenance of cargo handling equipment and
machinery
* Attend to breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time critical repairs
* Responsible for designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
as well as planning and scheduling both planned and unplanned work
* Diagnose breakdown problems & direct, instruct and supervise maintenance
technicians.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years'
experience in handling heavy duty cargo equipment; or
* Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years'
experience in handling heavy duty cargo equipment
* Knowledge of PLC or motor drives troubleshooting
* Experience in maintenance and breakdown recovery of mining, sea port,
steel mills, palm oil mills.

Requirements:
* Professional qualification e.g. ClMA/ACCA/MICPA or Degree in Accounting
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling a full set of accounts
* Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications and
computerised accounting systems
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
IT Support
The Job:
* Participate in all phases of application development life cycle including
analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and deployment
* Design, code and test individual features and work closely with other team
members to deliver changes
* Conduct user training on developed applications
* Provide continuous user and application support.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
* At least 2 years' experience in designing and developing application
solutions
* Must understand the systems development life cycle
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Working knowledge of SQL, Java, JSP, JZEE, HTML and PHP
* Familiar with Oracle 11g, MYSQL & DBZ UDB and web server application and

existing programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or

* More than 2 years’ professional web programming experience in PHP, HTML,
JavaScript, AJAX, XML
* Working knowledge of Apache, Tomcat and relational databases like
MySQL, 082 and Oracle
* Understanding of LINUX operating system and commands
* Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational
database design
* Knowledge of internet technologies and an understanding of internet
security
