CHEF
Qualification : Diploma in Chef Training or equivalent. 5
Experience : Minimum of 3 years experience from reputable Hospital or Hotel/Club
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to train all cooks in improve their technique and service.
Prepares market list and store list. Checks the daily purchase of food and inspect its supply and quality.
Inspects the appearance and neatness of the Cooks and offers proper advice.
Responsible for the overall quality of food.
Sees to it that kitchen equipments and utensils are handled and used properly.
Also ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of work area.
Educate subordinates to follow the standards and policies Quality Service Standards. ISO and any relevant policies.

COOK
Qualification : Certificate in Food Preparation or equivalent.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and present food dishes according to required specifications in a timely manner.
Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipments.
Prepare food for inpatient and hospital personnel.
Maintain high standards of sanitation in food handling and work area.
Review menus and work orders to determine type and quantity of food.
Perform other ad~hoc duties
To comply with any instruction or measure on related OSHA requirements in the Department.
