-Degree Holder only
-Graduated from both Local or Foreign Institutions of Higher Learning with CGPA 2.6 and above
-Unemployed for 6 months after graduation or receiving final result
-Eligible for graduates who are underemployed (where qualification does not match with employment and/or salary)
Allowance :
-Soft Skill Training : RM1000
-On job Training : RM1500
-Accommodation (Soft Skill Training)
-Exciting Experience (Gain Knowledge in various field)
-Insurance coverage (Group Personal Accident)
