Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M – PNMB) is one of PNMB’s Corporate Responsibility programmes in support of the Government’s initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates. Graduates selected for the SL1M – PNMB Programme will undergo six (6) months to one (1) year training attachment at PNMB combination of hands-on learning, soft-skill training and on-the-job experience at various PNMB business and service units.
Requirements:
Open to all fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in any disciplines from a reputable and recognized university or institution.
Unemployed graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
Forward-thinking, result-driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, fast-learner and adaptive to changes.
Committed to continuous-learning and self-improvement.
Able to start anytime required.
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates with excellent performance may be considered for employment opportunity with PNMB, subject to availability of position.
