REGISTRATION: 9am to 11am
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers
Main role involves checking-in and processing documentation for departing passengers according to set procedures, ensuring a smooth departure process.
Be a brand ambassador to Ground Team Red (GTR) with professional communication skills (even when under pressure) and uphold high grooming standards at all times.
Be tactful and respectful when dealing with passengers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Should possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field with a minimum of credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics (or its equivalent as decided by GTR)
Must be proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good computer skills – proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays as assigned by roster rotation and flight schedules
Age between 20 and 35 years
Applicants must be willing to work at KLIA 2 , Sepang
Able to start work immediately
** Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd (GTR) is subsidiary of AirAsia which is provides airport ground handling services and it is a joint venture company between SATS Ltd and AirAsia Berhad.
