* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 15 - 20 years of experience in construction field.
2. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS/ PROJECT MANAGERS
ClVlL/ URBAN ELEVATED RAILWAY PROJECTS
* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 15 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
3. CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
ClVlL/ URBAN ELEVATED RAILWAY PROJECTS
* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 7 years of relevant managerial working experience in construction field.
4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
-M&E
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
* 10 years of relevant managerial working experience including utility diversion works.
5. SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGERS
* Must possess valid Green Book from DOSH.
* 10 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
6. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGERS
* Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or its equivalent.
* 10 years of relevant working experience.
7. QAQC MANAGERS
* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 10 years of relevant working experience.
8. PLANNING MANAGERS
ClVlL/ URBAN ELEVATED RAILWAY PROJECTS
* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 10 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
9. INTERFACING MANAGERS
ClVlL/ URBAN ELEVATED RAILWAY PROJECTS
* 10 years of relevant working experience.
* Responsible to manage the interfacing issues between all parties on the project and to promote cross-package interaction and close cooperation.
10. GEOTECHNICAL MANAGERS
* Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
* 10 years of relevant working experience preferably with tunnelling experience.
11. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MANAGERS
* Degree in any related fields
* 5 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
12. PUBLIC RELATIONS & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
SENIOR MANAGERS
* Degree in Public Relations or any related fields
* 8 years of relevant working experience
* Responsible in planning, developing and implementing
* PR strategies for the project including liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email
13. CENTRAL LIVING QUARTERS MANAGERS
* 5 years of relevant working experience
* Responsible for overall management of worker’s living quarters and maintenance including to manage the security of camp facilities and camp personnel and maintaining standard first aid supplies.
14. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OFFICERS
* 3 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
15. TEMPORARY WORKS COORDINATORS
* 10 years of relevant working experience
* Responsible to coordinate and communicate with the client, consultants and subcontractor on the proposed temporary works.
16. RISK REPRESENTATIVES
* Diploma or Degree in any related fields
* 10 years of relevant working experience
* Responsible to prepare the risk management plan and manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
17. LAUNCHING FOREMEN
-VIADUCT WORKS
* 10 years of relevant working experience
* Responsible to manage the launching activities for segments in ’balanced cantilever’ construction including assembling, erecting, supervision and operating the Launching Gantry, supervision of installing bearings, grouting, PT-stressing and the heavy lifts.
