1. Assistant Manager, Talent & Industrial Relations.
JOB SUMMARY :
- Reports directly to Head of Human Capital Division and responsible for Industrial and Employee Relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievance, Domestic Inquiries (DI) and other activities.
- Responsible in preserving good industrial harmony and industrial relations amongst employees within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To assist and responsible for all Industrial Relations activities for the company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practises employer and employee relations including all relevant employment laws.
- Consultations and Counsils on court cases- establishing good relationships with relevant industry players, consult legal practitioners and related government agencies under the Human Resouces Ministry and provide advices accordingly.
- Support Head of Human Capital Division in Union Matters- Handle union issues including participation in meetings, organizing and participating in the collective bargaining with the most effective manner for the employees and employers.
- Responsible for preparing as well as reviewing the policies and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and porposed changes if required for the improvement on the overall Industrial Relations policies and procedures.
- Carry out all tasks following corporate guidelines and procedures and ensure full compliance to company's policies procedure and code of conduct.
- Ensuring staff's labour/contractual rights and welfare are taken care of towards ensuring strong partnership between Management and staff in achieving Company's goals and objectives.
- Performing any other tasks/ activities as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Law/Human Resource Managemet or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): industrial relation act, Trade Union Act, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

JOB SUMMARY :
- To design and provide technical specification and requirement for new projects.To supervise, coordinate and execute assigned projects, which includes coalition of all tender documentation, approval and project monitoring and implementation from post award until post construction and final account.
- To provide detail concept, design, specification and technical drawing and bill of quantities for new projects.
- To plan the work activities of project implementation work in accordance to the approved schedule by superior.
- To update and report the project activities to the management on the progress and action plans for the project to succeed on regular basis.
- To deliver professional and scheduling expertise to the project to ensure timely deliverable.
- Plan, manage, execute and ensure the project is complete in time and within budget.To liaise with clients and projects consultants on all technical and contractual matters and attend site meetings.
- To monitor progress and coordinate the planning and follow up the project in close cooperation with developers/ contractors.
- To identify, propose and reccommend any improvements which result towards cost effective, time and process efficient to the project.
- Liase with local authority on the development process from the KM submission until approval of Completion Compliance Certification.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ,Professional Degree,or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good interpersonal communication skills and result oriented, good leadership skills and able to motivate subordinates, Pro/Engineer.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/ Structural or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
