1. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Group Strategic Planning, Holding Company (Based In Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
• Ascertain the market outlook and identify development opportunities of the company’s land.
• Undertake necessary studies prior to the development of the company’s land.
• Establish options for the development concept and strategies for development.
• Recommend the best approach/business model for the development and the type of properties to be developed which will bring the best return to the company.
• Provide advice on the legislations, policies and regulations of the related authorities to be complied with in undertaking the development project.
Requirements:
• Holds a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years working experience in the field of real estate, valuations or property management preferably with extensive experience in real estate industry and property development and sound commercial knowledge of the macro/micro and sub property markets.
• Good communication and written skills. Presentation and interpersonal skill sets are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within expected project outcomes and reporting requirement as well as be part of a team.
