Reservation Executive
(Sales & Marketing Department)
The role of a Reservation Executive is to attend special guests’ needs that require mandarin speaking associate to respond to their enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products
services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation. This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.
Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in a reservation, call centre or customer service role.
Skills and knowledge of Galaxy ticketing system or Opera PMS experience will be an added advantage. Require effective communication skill (verbal & written) in English and preferably Mandarin too.
