Chet De Partie - Hotel
{Japanese Cuisine)
The Chef De Parfie is responsible for kitchen operations in the Japanese outlet including food
preparation, coordination, following standard recipe to ensure kitchen efficiency & profitability. You
are to conform to the Kitchen standard operating procedure including Food Safety & Hygiene.
You must have at least 3 years of culinary experience in Japanese cuisine. You are attentive to
details and have good communication skill in verbal and written. You shall be experienced in
providing on-the-job training & ofherworkshops to develop staff’s skills.

Commis - Hotel
(Kitchen Department)
This role is To assist The outleT Chef with The Task assigned To deliver high quality food for our guests.
You are To ensure That all food is prepared and served according To The standard set by The Chef de
Cuisine/Sous Chef/Chef Outlet. You are To conform To The Kitchen SOP including Food Safety
Hygiene.
You must have at least 1 - 2 years of culinary experience in Western cuisine. Competent in preparing
mise-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neale and orderly prior To service. You are
attentive To details. You must have good communication skill & great at working in a Team.

Demi Chef- Hotel

(Western Cuisine)
As Demi Chef, you are expected To support The kitchen operations To ensure efficient food production
with The highest quality and to deliver a memorable experience To our guests. You are also responsible
for all kitchen equipment and conduct themselves with safety in mind. You are To actively participaTe
in Training of culinary skflls Tojunior staff and apprentices.
You must have at least 2 years of culinary experience in Western cuisine. You must be familiar with
The kitchen sTandard operating procedure including Food Safety & Hygiene. You are attentive To
details and have good communication skfll in verbal and written. You should have The ability To set
goal and lead The Team effectively.
