1.SMT Process Engineers
(Printed Circuit Boards Assembly)
To provide overall Process Engineering support for the day today PCB assembly operations for the SMT, Through Hole and Box Builds assembly lines.
Experience in NPI Engineering, developing process, documentation and training personnel
At least 5 years related experience as a PCBA Process Engineer Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent disciplines
2. SMT Equipment Engineers
To support Manufacturing in the day to day SMT operations in programming and maintenance of Screen printers, SMT pick and place machines, Reflow Ovens, AOI machines, SMD rework etc;
To develop SMT program set up, maintenance procedures and to provide training
At least 5 years experience in similar position in an Electronics Manufacturing Company
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3.Process & Equipment Engineers
(Semiconductor / Opto-Electronic devices assembly)
To provide Process & Equipment Engineering support for the existing and in new Products process development.
At least 5 years hands on experience in process set up, optimization and maintenance of critical assembly equipments like Automatic die attach machines, wire bonders, epoxy dispensers etc
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
4. Quality Engineer
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Process Controls Quality Assurance Procedures
Liaise with Customers in ensuring quality requirements and compliance
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer
Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5. Test /Repair Technicians
Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
To perform testing , repair and rework of both printed circuit board and box build assembly
At least 3 years hands on experience as a PCBA Test & Repair Technician in an Electronics Manufacturing environment
Diploma/ Certificate in Electronics/ Electrical or equivalent.
