QA/QC SUPERVISOR
(SITE 0FFICE-PONTIAN)
RESPONSIBILITIES
To plan & conduct tests for products as per approved work method of statement standard specification approved inspection &testing plan requirements
To ensure products produced as per specified construction drawing standard /specification & client requirements
Monitor daily pre-concreting 8: post concreting for products cast.
To address and troubleshoot the re-occurrence of non-conformance products
To prepare & update relevant QA/QC reports
Routine check on concrete quality by witnessing concrete cube test minimal three time per week
Daily updates on Non-Conformance products
To Ensure approved raw materials- repair materials is being used as per approved specification standard construction drawings / work method of statement requirements
Attending customer complaints 8: conducting site inspection-
Daily visual checks on coarse and fine aggregate before off-loading to storage bay
Ensuring works in compliance with company/ DOSH Safety & Health rule and regulation
To arrange calibration for laboratory equipments as per ISO/ RMC or other relates specifications
Monitoring housekeeping at workplace
Assist raw materials stock take by weekly basis
Ad hoc assignment within your knowledge and capacity given by the immediate supervisor to you
To assist in stock~take for finish product if required
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in this industry or posses SPM Building Construction Certificate or related discipline: Fresh graduates in Civil Engineering
Able to perform in Microsoft Office
Have a good interaction within college and customer
Posses a good integrity: disciplined and diligent
