EXECUTIVE, AIRPORT OPERATIONS
Possesses at least 1- 2 years of workin experience in airport operations/port operations or 2 - 3 years in airline environment
Possesses at least a Bachelor Degree in Aviation Management or equivalent
Age Range 20-35 years old
Responsibilities
Performs inspections of runways. taxiways, parking aprons and airfield lighting.
Develops programs involving both preventive and corrective airport operations.
Ensures that all airport operations procedures, process and activities comply with required rules and regulation out- lined by the relevant authorities
Assists in planning and coordinating airport construction activities impacting airside operations
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Possesses at least 1 year of working experience in related field
Possesses at least Diploma in Administrative Management
Age Range 25-30 years old
Responsibilities
Performs general administrative tasks
Ensures all the facilities management’s relevant documentations comply with standards and requirements
Writes and distributes official emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Maintains a filing system
TECHNICAL ASSISANT (CIVIL)
Possesses at least 1 years of working experience in related field
Possesses at least a Secondary School/SPM/O Level or higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U
Age Range 25-30 years old
Responsibilities:
Performs corrective and preventive maintenance
Supervises external contractor works and monitors their performances
Ensures all the facilities Management relevant documentation comply with standards and requirements
Ensures that maintaining works comply with required rules, regulations and standards
TERMINAL SERVICE ASSISTANT
Possesses at least 1 years of working experience in related field
Possesses at least a Secondary School/SPM/O Level or higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U
Age Range 20-35 years old
Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness of Terminal Areas and ensures all facilities are serviceable
Conducts daily terminal inspections and records any faulty or damages
respond promptly to customer inquiries, handles and resolves customer complaints
Evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvement
GROUND HANDLING ASSISTANT
Possesses at least 1 years of working experience in related field
Possesses at least a Secondary School/SPM/O Level or higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U
Age Range 20-35 years old
Responsibilities:
Handles and maintains Ground support Equipment (such as dollies, tugs, ground power units and etc)
Assist loadmasters, coordinators, supervisors and the head of ground handling department
Complies with all required rules, regulations and standards while performing tasks and responsibilities
Facilitates loading and unloading cargo process
