Job Description:
Presenting properties and provided amenities or facilities in a positive light to PROSPECTIVE & POTENTIAL tenants.
Advertise available properties in Mali by using a variety of media and promoting materials to prospective tenants.
Confirm rental application data and personal references.
Provide information in all aspect of properties to potential tenants.
Negotiate the term and condition with potential tenants to make a close deal.
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to build a good trust relationship with potential tenants.
Requirement:
At least 1 years experience.
Up to date with property market status.
Familiar with Microsoft product like Word, Excel, Power Point 8: etc.
Excellent communication 8: negotiation skills in Malay & English.
Can work independently
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
