LAND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Key Responsibility Areas:
* Identify opportunities for land development and ascertain property market outlook.
Skills And Experience:
* Extensive experience in real estate industry and land development.
* Sound commercial knowledge of the macro / micro and sub property markets.
* Well-developed decision making skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision with expected project outcomes and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
* Holds a recognised Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of real estate, valuations and land development.
