A licensed scheduled waste recycling business, Pentas Flora is approved by the Department of Environment, Malaysia (DOE) and also holds a license under the Petroluem Development Act (PDA), 1974, permission under section 6. Our business is to manage and recover scheduled waste under the following categories: SW305 (Used Lubricating Oil), SW306 (Used Hydraulic Oil), SW307 (Used coolent), SW409 (Disposed Drums)

1. PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Description:
Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems by collecting data required, using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum, heat transfer etc. and perform process improvement design
To be innovative in design work and selection of process equipment with regards to minimization of cost of production whilst maintaining technical integrity
To undertake Project execution of new plant, upgrading and modification works; scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets
Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities
Setting up and maintaining plant engineering documentation system
Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation
Assessing safety and environmental issues
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas Industries
Proven experience in developing Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID
Proven CAD or AutoCad skills
Excellent chemical engineering knowledge
Familiar with health and safety regulations
Working experience in a process plant will be an addded advantage
Knowledge in Clean Air Process Unit and Effluent Treatment Plant will be an added advantage
Experience in process designing will be an added advantage
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Independant and target oriented
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
