The COO of SMEB Assets Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SME Bank, will provide
leadership and strategic directions including undertaking necessary decisions in ensuring optimal
performance and sustainable growth of SMEB Assets Management Sdn Bhd whilst contributing
to SME Bank Group’s overall business objectives.
The candidate shall develop and execute the annual business plan with the goal to maximize the
value of each asset. He/she is responsible to prepare long and short terms business operations
strategies and to ensure that the financial strategies are aligned towards cost effectiveness and
revenues growth.
An ideal candidate should come with wide exposure in banking operations, recovery, business
turnaround and experience at Senior Management level.
The candidate will be of a high profile and possesses excellent networking in the corporate sector
as well as Government agencies. He/she must have vast experience in strategic planning and its
execution i.e. formulating policies, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
The candidate must be a “go-getter” and willing to go to extra mile.
