General Manager, FAL Business
(to be based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* To head and lead the sales team to drive the Company’s fatty
alcohols businesses globally.
* To develop and execute route-to-market for respective regions.
* To develop product strategy management and execute pricing
strategy for the team.
* To own and maintain business relations with relevant stakeholders
and key accounts.
Requirements:
* Relevant Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Technology and working
experience in oleochemical or chemical or specialty fat industries will be
an advantage.
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of international business exposure in related field.
* A result oriented individual with strong leadership traits.
Finance Manager, Forex & Derivatives
(to be based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for forex and derivative dealing and hedging for the Company.
* To develop and execute forex and derivative strategy for the Company.
Requirements:
* 7 to 10 years' forex trading experience is required for this position. Exposure in Commodity Futures hedging would be an added advantage.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economics. Possess good business acumen, writing and interpersonal skills.
Commodity Purchasing Manager
(to be based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for buying and/or selling of CPKO and PS for our Port Klang site and the Company’s subsidiary in Dumai.
* To develop and maintain sufficient number of suppliers from Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* To manage the logistics interface between the Companies in Port Klang and Dumai with its’ suppliers.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering / Science / Economics/ Finance with minimum 8 years of working experience in related functions and industries, preferably in palm based trading.
* Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and market
trends.
* Well versed in Commodity Markets and Price Risk Management.
* Must be willing to travel to the Company’s subsidiary in Indonesia extensively.
* Candidates with many years experience in edible oil plant manufacturing and understand the edible oil trade are highly encouraged to apply.
International Key Account
(to be based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* To develop, nurture and maintain several international key accounts.
* To identify key decision makers and maintain strong relationships to support retention of key accounts.
* To act as primary point of contact between company and key customers, implement plans aimed at business retention and improve customer’s satisfaction.
* To understand and keep track of changing key customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate support is provided.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in international business and key account management.
* Global savvy, have an international frame of mind and awareness for
cultural diversity.
* Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced environment.
* Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operations.
