JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assist in designing, developing, implementing and reviewing progression, succession management and leadership development mechanism, framework, infrastructure and system to track top talent and ensure most effective utilisation and management of human capital for the Bank
- Assist in designing, developing and reviewing as well as ensuring implementation of a holistic succession management processes to ensure sufficient and healthy pool of talent for leadership position.
- Build alliances and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously understand/ identify human capital progression/ succession management/leadership development of current and emerging issues / concerns as well as industry trends in order to continuously address talent requirements across the Bank.
- Continuously review and make recommendations on policies, procedures, guidelines, tool and methods in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the succession management/ leadership development.
- Implement strategic recruitment initiatives including partnering with executive search firms to source for external technical experts to fill up Mission Critical Positions in the Bank.
- Assist in developing , managing and maintaining the database of career profiles, succession and progression plans as well as all inventory information of talent including Mission Critical Talent in the Bank
- Assist in developing and implementing engagement plans and activities including initiatives for succession pool to facilitate better retention strategies.
- Proactively conduct research on the emerging central banking talent management practices and to keep abreast with the latest development/industry trends, and continuously assist to review and make recommendations on policies, procedures, guidelines, tool and methods in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sourcing activities/succession management/leadership development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or professional qualifications in any disciplines (specialisation in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Psychology is an added advantage). Knowledge and experience in related fields especially in talent management are added advantage
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Candidate must possess at least 5 Credits in SPM including Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Executive Rewards Management, Strategic Human Capital Department
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in ensuring competitive rewards proposition and infrastructure based on value contributions and continuity in earning potential as part of the Human Capital Imperatives and in alignment to the Bank’s Business Plan.
- Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing the Bank’s rewards infrastructure and system in alignment to the Bank’s reward philosophy to attract, motivate and retain talent:
- Conduct research and benchmark with the relevant industries/ specialists/job families to ensure competitiveness, relevance and uniqueness of the Bank’s rewards proposition
- Conduct thorough analysis and provide findings based on internal information and data
- Prepare draft recommendations on competitive rewards proposition/ infrastructure/strategy/ policy/ guideline for Management consideration
- Assist in the research/ analysis/proposal/ processing of the Bank’s various rewards policies and initiative including but not limited to bonus / annual increment/ short term incentive/ long term incentive/ employment benefits
- Constantly keep abreast with the latest development and trends of rewards to ensure the Bank’s rewards strategy and initiatives are relevant to the Bank’s requirement and competitive against the market:
- Analyse remuneration and benefits report/ survey from external consultants and other relevant and published documents
- Establish and continuously conduct networking with internal and external stakeholders to continuously gain insights on the current trends and emerging issues pertaining to rewards management practices in the market
- Effectively communicate and provide advise to staff and line departments on the Bank’s reward related policies/ guidelines and the Bank’s Terms and Conditions of Service
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or professional qualifications in business administration, human resource management or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in HR related fields is an added advantage.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
