1. Duty Executive Operation Control Centre for MAB Kargo
Job Description :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Responsible for the daily freighter operations,ensuring flight are crewed and dispatched in accordance with MAB Kargo's schedule in close coordination with relevant MAB Kargo and MAB departments
- Manage and implement daily freighter operational issues and schedule changes
- Coordinate with various operating departments within the MAB Group and stations relating to scheduled and adhoc changes of the freighter operations.
- formulate schdule recovery plan during crisis,taking into account the commercial requirements and operational constraints.
- administer the data requirements and producing of the required reports relating to freighter operations.
- Liaise with Network Scheduling ( Regulatory Approval) and OCC to ensure the landing permit and over flight approvals for seasonal and adhoc schedule changes are secured prior to operation of flights.
- strong airline operational background.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft/network scheduling and government approval applications.
- MS Excel,Word and Power Point.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Inter-departmental/divisonal coordination.
- Ensuring Regulatory Non-Compliances are kept to a minimum.
2. Head Of Curriculum Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To develop, edit, control, produce and evaluate the curricula, as well as manage the Curriculum Development unit.
- To conduct research and consult with Business Units in the design and development of new curriculum for the aviation industry.
- To coordinate the review/assessment of current curriculum to ensure course/program is meeting intended objectives and requirements.
- To prepare instructional material for printing and develop outlines with the necessary basic detail to direct instruction.
- To develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop and review curriculum.
- To use evaluations and data to make recommendations for how to improve and edit curricula on an annual basis.
- To develop curricular goals and outlines for new curriculum and curriculum updates.
- To lead a team of trainers who will assist in curriculum development.
- To actively pursue opportunities to continue to learn best practices in curriculum writing through research, professional development, and other learning opportunities
- To apply research and data to improve the content, sequence, and outcomes of the curriculum design.
- To work with appropriate BUs to develop, maintain, and revise curriculum documents based on systematic review and analysis.
- To monitor professional research and disseminate ideas and information to others.
- To plan the necessary time, resources, and materials to support accomplishments of development goals.
- To obtain and use evaluative findings (including employees data to examine curriculum and instruction program effectiveness)
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Degree in any related field with 10 years working experience in Training and Development, with preferred 2 years focusing on curriculum development.
3. Assistant Manager Taxation
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing all tax compliance matters for the Group companies both local and international. This would include review of timely and accurate filing of corporate income tax, indirect taxes (GST/VAT) and other business related taxes.
- Liaison with regulatory and government authorities for incentives and tax audits
- Advise management of new or proposed legislation, decisions, regulations, and rulings in tax and related areas
- Managing the transfer pricing requirement for the group companies
- Liaison with the finance team members for accurate reporting of financial statements
- Liaison with various business partners within the organization for process improvements and various projects
- Assist with tax planning strategies and cross-border transactions
- Provide guidance and review to junior team members and contribute to maintaining high tax department morale.
Qualifications dan Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor in accounting, finance and/or tax. Experience in local & international tax legislation.
- Preferred qualified member of ACCA/ CIMA / MIA / MACPA / CPA of Australia or equivalent
- At least 5 years work experience in the field of taxation in medium/large accounting firm
