Positions:
1. HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Operations Department
Monitors and executes advances in supply chain technology and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes
Direct regulatory compliance related to supply chain management
Maintains business relationships with vendors and third party logistics
Provide strategic insight for overall logistics operations within the Malaysia and proposed operations overseas
Oversee the proactive operational planning of logistics resource
Requirements:
Applicants MUST have at least 10 years experiences working in the Logistics Industry and 5 years experiences at management level within the logistics field including warehousing and supply-chain services.
Knowledge of air cargo and shipping industries is advantageous however freight forwarding operations experience is mandatory for the role.
Experience in supply chain strategic planning and execution as well as contracting, negotiating and change management.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects as well as lead and facilitate high-performing group meetings.
